The interview was pretty chill. The questions asked were very practical and beyond my expectations. My advice is candidates must be well prepared to answer any questions and do not give lengthy answers which have no meaning. Just answer it straight and accurate. Goodluck!

What if there is top achiever in your team but she/he is your junior, how would you assist her/him to success?
It was good, they asked questions about ifrs and us gaap the company is good. Environment is highly competitive but it's fine things happen and it is what it is at the end of day

What is your name and what are your strengths and weakness
Interview with HR, about 30 minutes. HR is so nice and give me the feedbacks that i feel it is so valuable for me. The interview went well and there is nothing to complain
there's two 30mins interview back to back, one with partner, one with senior managers. All the question are behavior questions, try to make ur answer with ur resume. Usually got back from the recruiter with in 2 week.
