Almost all interviews follow the same structure, regardless of who conducts them. Depending on the type of interview being carried out, however, the time may vary from 25 to 50 minutes. At Ernst & Young, a full interview will typically consist of two back-to-back, half-hour interviews, each with a different Ernst & Young representative.
Ernst and Young Interview is typically divided into two sections -Technical and HR.

The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
