The entire selection process was divided into 3 steps. First step being the online selection test whereby we had to give an MCQ test comprising of different sections based on QA, LR, VARC and MS-Excel. If you are able to clear the cut off marks you will be selected for the second step which is an online self recorded interview session which was conducted on hirevue platform whereby you will be asked general questions like your introduction, your long-term career plan, your reason to be a part of the company, etc. After the second step you will have a technical round whereby an official from the company will be taking your interview through a virtual platform and you will be evaluated on the basis of your basic accounting knowledge, your communication skills, your MS-Excel, knowledge, etc. With this the selection process is completed.
