I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Singapore)
Interview
It was a quick and simple process focused on how my past work experience makes me a suitable candidate for the role. Interview was conducted by Director and someone who was currently at the level I applied for. Questions were based on relevant work experience and how I work as part of a team. It would be useful to know about industry and EY-specific developments in the service line you've applied for. Be prepared with intelligent questions to ask and to make an impression within a short timeframe.
