The personalities showed during the interview process showed the cut throat method of EY. If you are just starting, you are bottom of the barrel. Work life balance is not there either.
At EY, the interview usually starts with HR, then meet the manager, followed by technical or case interviews, and sometimes a partner interview. They’re mainly looking at skills, problem-solving, and fit.
