Behavioral interview, then mini case interview. A slideshow was presented with 10 or so short scenarios and questions about how to handle them. They ranged from HR types of problems to more technical problems referencing software used at EY.
Applied online to graduate programme. Filled in questionnaire and necessary information. Had one interview with two managers before being offered a contract. Questions were straightforward mainly just going through my CV and a couple of STAR questions.

Eerste telefonische gesprek gevolgd door dan 2 online testen daarna gevolgd door een assessment day in Brussel waar je een individuele case moet maken, een groepstaak en uzelf voorstellen met lego en dan een gesprek met partner en een recruiter
