Interview
First you had to complete a HireVue interview. Then you had a group call with many other candidates and some members of the firm's recruitment team. In this call you are split into small groups where everyone is asked to summarise some data and give their own input/view. Finally there is a solo task of writing a letter summarising some data and figures.

Question 1
Placed in a scenario where you had to analyse some data/figures and had to write an email to a senior member summarising the data.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
