The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Jersey City, NJ) in Mar 2024
Interview
I had a less-than-satisfactory experience during my interview with Ernst & Young. The process felt disorganized, with multiple delays and last-minute changes. The interviewers seemed unprepared, asking repetitive questions without delving into specifics about my background or skills. It felt like they were going through the motions rather than engaging with me. Communication post-interview was slow, leaving me uncertain about the next steps. Overall, the experience lacked the professionalism I expected from a firm like Ernst & Young.
At EY, the interview usually starts with HR, then meet the manager, followed by technical or case interviews, and sometimes a partner interview. They’re mainly looking at skills, problem-solving, and fit.
