Interview
Standard interview that was very formal. I thought they did a good job of getting a feel for who I was while still making sure that I was qualified for the position.
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
