Applied for the role in early November last year, and never heard any status update after interview and written test. When I checked for the application status in January this year they said though my application is not unsuccessful and they think my profile is highly relevant, they would like to interview another batch of applicants before making their decisions. When I made my second query in late February, I got ghosted and the job is reposted a few hours ago just now. It is a very frustrating application.
1st round Hr screening and salary expectation some basic situation questions , 2nd Hiring manager again any questions and situations 3rd case study and interview with team , 4 partner

Interview
There were 4 rounds: HR screen, marketing director interview, take home assignment, presentation, offer. The take home assignment was very extensive, I would recommend EY compensate their candidates for their work.
