There was 3 rounds of interview
1. Phone interview with HR
2. Interview with direct managers
3. Interview with the Finance Director
Each interview is 1 week apart. Interviewers were nice and friendly.

what do you know about EC? What skills are transferable from your previous job? What is your career goal. Basic behavioral questions, no technical questions.

Interview
Went through school. However, I have been informed by those that went through the typical interview process that it is very lengthy and in depth. Making it to 3 or 4 rounds of interviews is definitely normal. Hiring process was great though. I felt like I was welcomed well and well prepared. The interview is formal.

I have always found the most difficult question to be "describe a fault that you have that could hurt your performance as an employee." However, there is always a good way to answer these questions. Do your research and find an answer that applies to you.
