Some in depth type of questions and felt that this was one of the first actual interviews I’ve had. Made me really think about my answers. It is best to study the documents given to prepare for the process.

Very extensive interview. The questions were mainly based around safety, and the company takes safety very seriously. Most interviews are done remotely now. Typically, there are 2-3 people in the interview.
