Talked with them at a University Fair. Interviewed the Next Day. Pretty relaxed interview with typical behavioral/school questions.
Got a call back and set up an on site interview. drove up there and they put me in a hotel for the night and had two managers meet me for dinner.
The next morning around 7am I had breakfast with two engineers. They then took me to the site and I went to the engineering offices for my interviews.
Had several interviews back to back. The first was with the two engineers who had breakfast with me. then I had a interview with all the managers together. Then I had two more sets of interviews after with engineers.
After a tour and lunch I was dropped off to talk with the HR representative (not an interview). She then told me the benefits the job would have and how the salary works there. She did not give me a salary number just how the bonus works. She said no news is good news and that it would take a while. She said she would email me if I did not get an offer from them.
A couple weeks later I called her twice and left her voicemails both times telling her I had gotten a job offer from another company, which she told me to do. I was expecting to hear back shortly... and I did not. I ended up turning down that job offer. a couple weeks later I emailed her back to make sure everything was good. She emailed me back and said they would not be offering me a job.
All of the engineers that I interviewed with were great and it seemed like a great place to work. However, the HR experience was less than ideal and I wish they would have let me know before I had already turned another job down...
