Interview
The interview happened beginning February 2024 with the HR BP and the line manager, It was a good and open discussion overall. Downside is that after more than 6 weeks I have not received any feedback and I would recommend the Eaton team to provide feedback regarding the next steps in a timely matter
One phone screen and one on sight. Included members were ME Manager, ME Team Leads, and an HR person. Questions were posed and responses were requested to be in STAR format. The interview lasted about 1 hour and concluded with a site tour.

Good technical questions asked by interviewer with a mindset based on technical knowledge and not how fluent you re at English. And communication was checked thoroughly in hr round. .....
