I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Echo Global Logistics (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2014
Interview
it starts with a basic phone interview, then you have 1 or 2 face to face. Was relatively basic info. Do your research on logistics as well as Echo. The more you know the better you will be prepared. The interview process is relatively informal across the board. Make sure to always ask about the next step and what you need to prove to them in order to set that next step up, Close the interview and ask for the job
