After first selection, easy phone call with soft questions.
After phone call, meet manager at office and fill a generic test.
Finaly, interview with the Area Manager.

The interview process was a three step in person interview stage. District Manager, District Manager, followed by Regional Manager, then offer. The duration was approximately 3 weeks from the first time I met with the hiring team to receiving the formal offer letter
