Phone interview with the recruiter then two in-person interview days with others. Interviewed with about 4-5 people the first day and 3 people the second day. It took some time between the interviews and the offer phase. This was done around the holidays but noticed it was about that long for hiring. Sometimes they will interview and then determine the correct fit for an account, while other times you are interviewing for a specific client.

Talent acquisition was very communicative throughout the entire interview process. They were super clear on next steps and overall organized setting up following interview rounds. They gave reason/feedback as to why I wasn't selected in the end — which was really helpful and I appreciated.

Pasa por reclutamiento. de forma agil te pasan a entrevista con los lideres del area y posterior finalizas con entrevista con deputy manager y RRHH, en mi caso el proceso fue muy rápido pero he llegado a escuchar que tienden a demorar un poco más
