I applied online and interviewed with the recruiter, to begin with over the phone. I then went through two more rounds of interviews with senior management in the team. However, despite getting to the final round of interviews with the directors, I subsequently never heard from anyone ever again and was ignored by their internal recruiter who was the main point of contact throughout the process when I asked for an update on the outcome etc.
