Interview
Very thorough. Phone interview and personality test. Once I passed that personality test I had a phone interview and then set up an in person interview with the financial planner at the branch location. I had to go to a fingerprinting company and a full background check was done. It took about 1 week to get the results of the background check. Everything was initiated from the home office.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
