Interview
Process was long. First a phone interview with HR, online assessments, in person interview with the financial advisor, 2nd interview with financial advisor. Lots of situational questions. Need to be very prepared with experiences you've had to answer questions. Whole process took a little over a month.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and how you handled it.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
