The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Edward Jones in Jan 2010
Interview
It was very casual. I sent the branch office an email telling them that I was interested in a position. I was called the day after I wrote the email to conduct a phone interview. The person was super friendly and helpful, and liked my qualifications, but was looking for a recent graduate.
There were two different stages. One that was similar to HireVue where you recorded your own answers, but you could rerecord and take your time, which was nice. The second was with a person from Human Capital and was all behavioral.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Describe a time you disagreed with a coworker and how you navigated the situation.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
The interview process was friendly but formal and serious. The team members are very helpful in learning about the company but ask question to learn about you. They truly seem to care if you are a good fit.
The first step is a systematic interview, recording interview questions for 2 minutes or less in front of the camera, there are a lot of small questions, all about behavior question. The overall difficulty is not high.
