I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Tri-Cities) in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied almost a 6 weeks ago. It took 2 weeks to get an email from the recruiter. I got emailed a request for a video interview first. Once that was completed I heard back from the recruiter 3 days later for a follow up interview with her. From there I had to complete a separate application that asked personal and very in depth questions about my job history, salaries, and even all the way down to if I had collection accounts and ALL of the information regarding them. A week later I was called and emailed to set up a in person interview with the FA. There were some scheduling conflicts so I waited almost 2 weeks for my in person interview. The same day I was sent an assessment by email to complete. This was a week and a half ago and all I’ve heard from headquarters is that they haven’t made a hiring decision yet. Hoping to hear something in the next week at max.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you had several things that needed done quickly. How did you decide what to do first and did you get all assignments done by the deadline?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
