Interview
The interview was VERY thorough. It could have been the FA I was interviewing with specifically, but we had 3 interviews. The first was just under an hour. The second was OVER 2 hours. The third was about an hour as well. The Fa mentioned they had issues finding a solid candidate and had a lot of turnover and that’s the reason for the extensive process. But it was a pretty overwhelming. Just as the FA turned out to be.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
