    Was contacted by outside recruiter, resume was sent to HR but then rejected, followed up with phone call/email and was able to get a phone interview. Did phone interview with HR then met in person with Hiring Manager, Vice President and then the Senior Vice President. Also met with various members of the sales teams. Was mainly asked about experience and why I wanted to move into sales versus a sales/marketing role I previously held. Also asked about why I wanted to leave a prestigious company I was working for at the time.
