There were 3 stages in the process. The first one was a CV screening by Human Resources. They contacted me to let me know that I was selected for the next phase. Then there were 2 rounds of interviews, with high level employees.

MBA Leadership Development Program where the first round was conducted on campus, and the second virtually. YOu must choose which function you're interested in and be ok with moving from location to location after the first year.

It was a traditional interview. All the questions were pretty standard, and the interviewer was neither welcoming nor adversarial. Overall, just read the duties and prepare for it like you would anything else.
