Informal initially, more like a relaxed conversation. Lovely team and good people on first impression. I showed them my portfolio and we talked about my current experience, the challenges I had faced in my previous role and where my passions were. We talked about different disciplines such as advertising, App Design, Ux and my software skills. The interview was about an hour long.
