I've only completed round 1 in a group interview setting. It was pretty simple just 3 question about why you want to intern @ ELC, experience with unreasonable deadlines, and how you respond to feedback. The group activity was to collaborate on a on-boarding program to implement @ ELC. The interviewer was kind and attentive. Sadly, we ran out of time for questions. Overall, 10/10 1st round interview, still waiting on next steps.
