I was a finalist candidate and was referred by another employee to the role. I was interviewed on the phone by a recruiter and a few weeks later, was also interviewed by a 9-person panel. I was asked to present to the panel. Afterwards, I interviewed with 3-4 teams of 2 interviewers, who asked several behavioral interviewing questions. I prepared for the interviews for about 10 hours beforehand. It was a very thorough and exhausting process that took about 30 days from start to finish.
I thought that they were a very intelligent group of people who asked good questions, and had thought a lot about what they wanted from this role and what outcomes they wanted to see. To be honest, I felt that it was a lot of prep work, only in the end to not end up with the role. Despite feeling somewhat disappointed, I feel that they had a lot to offer, and realize it's very competitive to obtain employment with this company. I wish the team the best with their chosen candidate.
