Interview
A phone interview followed by two rounds of interviews by different people, and also a written test. They gave me a few days - nearly a week I think - to do the test before they invited me back for the second interview.

Quite basic. General questions that you would expect in such an interview as well as tests and analysis. Nothing that you would not have expected from such a research company

Industry trends. Consumer trends. Company performance
Quite complicated. Tested language proficiency, case study presentation, excel skills, and whatnot. The interviewers are quite friendly, respectful. Overall its quite a good experience. I would say that the questions I asked were respected and they gave a comprehensive overview of the job and skills needed for the job.

Not the easiest with case study, language check, fit check, excel test. The HR was friendly eager to explain any question i had in mind. It helped me decide whether I was a good fit.
