Evanston Regional Hospital interview questions

After applying numerous times to other positions, I was finally granted an interview for this position, apparently the starting place for all non-professional positions at the hospital. I had listed my minimum acceptable salary as $12/hr. During the group interview, I was surprised to see that no one on the panel had even read my resume. About a month later, I was called and told they were putting together an offer for me. It took another week for the offer to arrive--$10.50/hr.
