I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Eventbrite (Nashville, TN) in May 2016
Interview
I received a call from the recruiter for a phone screen. She moved me to the next level with the hiring manager. Because they were hiring a number of people for this role in the Nashville office, there was a lag between the two interviews, which the recruiter explained to me. I appreciated being given a timeline. Then the final round of interviews with 5 people interviewed me over 3 hours on site. It wasn't a grueling interview, just long. Overall, the process took 5+ weeks. Everyone was personable and professional. In the end, they were really looking for people who had direct experience handling 250+ customer accounts, which I why I was not offered the position. I'm glad they were honest with me at the end because I have great respect for the organization.
Thank you for sharing your experience (and for being flexible with us about the longer than usual interview process)! We hope you'll keep in touch for future opportunities in our Nashville office as we continue to grow. - Deniz, Eventbrite Recruiting

Interview
Had an initial screening and then an interview with the hiring manager. 2 weeks after that interview I assumed I had been ghosted when I got an email telling me I was in the next round and would do a panel interview. After completing the panel interview I was told for 3 weeks that the decision would be made the next week until this time I finally was ghosted and never heard from anyone again.
