Exceleron Designs interview questions

I meet with both Manager, they cared more about my abilities, and my integrity they anything else. The interview is one on one with each manager. They care about who you are as a person, and expect performance from its team members. They made it clear that my success was based on my performance, and creativity.

I had an interview where I was grilled by one owner suggesting I was not qualified and would not be there without a referral and ignored by the other owner. Once hired I was encouraged strongly to leave my current position immediately. When three checks couldn't clear in two months I found other employment; however, was fired after two weeks thanks to Exceleron Designs.
