      A True Work Life Balance

      Pros

      The owner believes in a strong work life balance and was upfront about it from the begin. Which mean I only worked 40hrs a week, was expected to take my PTO and was not expected to do any work on weekends or after hours. Small Team environment so your opinion and feedback is heard. Work is creative and because they work on a variety of clients it doesn't get boring. 11 Paid Holidays including Black Friday for some reason

      Some of their clients can be challenging. No Health Insurance just Dental, and Vision

      Pros

      Very accommodating whether in terms of working 4 days a week or needing to work from home for a bit, very cute and affectionate dog, and willing to listen to employee feedback.

      Cons

      While you get dental, vision, and some PTO that you accumulate to use within the year, there is no health insurance.

      Was given the chance to intern, and quickly given more opportunities to grow in the company. Always given the chance to give input and be heard.

      Cons

      Sometimes need to work weekends to make up for misjudged timelines (paid).
