Applied online, was then contacted by a very nice and friendly recruiter after a few days who set me up on an interview with the team manager. New follow up with recruiter on the following day, and another interview (then with the director). Both the manager and director was very professional and friendly. Was contacted by recruiter after the last interview and was offered the position.
