There were two problems with the entire interview process with this company, as I saw it: 1) the emphasis on the "personality and ethics questionnaire" (I'm not certain what else to call it). I have taken some before (and since), and I question their value overall, but most of them are approximately 50 questions ... this one was over 250!; 2) despite strong qualifications, I was not chosen as part of a training class, which makes me question what they're looking for exactly.
