I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Express
Interview
It was a group interview. I was the first one there I had wait for the others to arrive. While I was looking around the store. It brought back so many memories of me shopping there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Express (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
Small group interview (3-5 people). Interviewer runs each question by every person one by one. Very laid back style of interviewing, mostly conversational. They focus mainly on selling as much as they can so they want to make sure you would go out of your way to help a customer no matter what. They love suggestive selling and focus on customer service/experience.

Question 1
Why Express? One example of how you went out of your way to help a customer?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Express (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2016
Interview
I just recently got hired for a part-time position by Express and the interview was very laid back. It was relaxed and easy-going, we went outside of the store and sat on a couch and just chatted. I was asked simple questions, some about myself, what would I do if I thought a customer was stealing, and what would I do if I thought a fellow co-worker was stealing. The interview lasted all of 10 minutes and I was hired on the spot. Very good experience.
