Most of the questions on the interview is behavior based. Some questions that being asked:
1. Why do you choose to attend this school ?
2. Why this company ?
3. Why supply chain ?

4. Tell me about a time when you have to make a difficult decision in a team environment ?
5. Tell me when you are working with someone unpleasant and how do you deal with it ?
6. Tell me about a time when you solve problem with a group of people ?

Very friendly, done through career fair at university. Basic behavioral questions. Only technical was asking how you applied a technical skill to solve a problem. Other than that a traditional interview.
