Interview
After I applied online I had a quick phone interview basically to test my level of English. After that I had a day long assessment center interview that consisted of panel discussion, prioritization task and a team play related to a case study. The team play intended to reveal how well you collaborate and respect other members of the team, who has leadership skills and how to approach a problem and on what grounds you make a decision.

Describe a situation when you had a conflict with your colleagues, superiors. Give an example when you had to resolve a problem.
30 min phone screening to inquire about background and interest I the position. Some character trait questions. Also wanted to know if you had any issues with working in office.

Interview
After you become short listed, you are invited video recording. If you pass this one as well, there comes 2 rounds Face to Face interview with the condition passing the former.
