Selection process had a test that had two parts. One was behavioral questions and other had simple computational questions in fluid mechanics, probability etc.
After the test there were two rounds of interviews.
Interviewers were really friendly and had come all the way from the USA to take the interview.
Interview focissse on what I had done in my college life and typical hr questions and few tech related stuff from resume.
I believe they were more concerned about cultural fit of the person than technical knowledge.
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
