Generally engaging and team will look for characters and individual behaviours beyond the outcome of a question itself as company tries to identify future leaders rather than individual contributors. Only difference is the strong company culture on safety and controls to be noted on.

Went for 2 interviews and then a medical check up. Process was smooth and interview questions were asked about your experiences and character. Both interviews were with different people. The shortlisting duration after application took 4 months though, it was long.
