I applied through my schools career website before the career fair. I was given the opportunity to sign up for an interview and did so. At the end of the interview, which was all standard behavioral, the interviewer said in 3 or 4 weeks I might hear from a Site Coordinator about a further phone call.

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.

Questions asked were more on interest and fit, rather than technical expertise as it was just an internship interview.
