I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (College Station, TX) in Sep 2019
Interview
Preparation was needed. Questions are specific and good explanation is needed. They would prefer if you had a previous experience to speak on when answering questions. The person interviewing me was constantly typing on her tablet and not looking at me so it was a bit difficult to converse with no eye contact but she emphasized she was listening.
