The interview was relaxed which was nice and fairily technical. Most of the questions were about my previous experiences. One STAR question.
I was told I would hear back within a month. It's been 3 months and I still haven't heard back.

I don't think the interviewer actually knew what a STAR question is. I think the interview just had to ask that.

When is a time you faced a challenge in a leadership position?
Initial game style interview, then a virtual more technical interview with two interviewers which comprised 15min of you presenting something and then 30/40 min of them asking you about it. If successful on that stage then invited to a 2 night assessment centre.

First basic introduction and resume related questions to test the communication skills
Second - both technical and behavioral testing the technical know how and behavioral aspects to judge a candidate
