Interview was split into two parts. The first part comprised basic interview questions like achievements, strengths & weaknesses etc. The second consisted of a short case study relevant to the role interviewed for.

I applied at a career fair at my university, I was called and offered an interview later that evening for an interview the next day. The interview followed the STAR process and took about 30 minutes. They told me I would know within two weeks if I was pushed to a specific site to continue with the hiring process.

Interview
After our college career fair, I got a call from exxon asking for an interview within the following week. There was a lot of others who got the call for various engineering internships so there was plenty of competition. During the interview, he asked me various questions about group work and how I responded in different situations. It was about an hour long.
