Interview
2 hour interview - first hour with one couple of engineers and second hour with two other engineers. They ask the same questions initially waiting for a response with the STAR method, at the end of each talk there was a techincal case where you have a task to improve a process or fix a problem based on a process flow diagram.
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
