Well they call you and agree on ur expected salary! For the first two rounds they dont utter a word and after wasting so much time and effort, in the very last round they tell u that they dont have that much budget

Nettes Gespräch, falls der Lebenslauf überzeugend ist wird wohl eher überprüft ob es einen persönlichen Fit gibt. Daher sind die Fragen - auch wenn berufsbezogen - sehr an die Person des Bewerbers gekoppelt.

Lots of questions to answer on paper plus long interview. End result waste of your time. The managers are too set in their past and they don't want any type of innovation whatsoever but they need to people to fix their chaos. Go figure.
