First I'd like to commend my recruiter Cherry Cuagdan for a job well done! She's reached out to me and give me another opportunity to be part of the company. Before she called me, I've already done with my Manager's Interview with another department. At that time, though there's no feedback yet, she already asked me if I am open in taking interview for same role but another department in case my applicate isn't successful. She again reached out to me, and that time I already received a feedback from my previous interview and that I didn't make it. So we continue the interview process for the same role but with other department. She reached out and provided updates regularly. She assisted me un to my onboarding. For Manager's Interview: I appreciate all the questions. All are relevant to my experience and the post. It's a very natural conversation. For Executive Interview: Same with the manager's interview, the questions are great. I have the opportunity to showcase my experiences and skills.
