I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Missoula, MT) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview was long and tough and they asked me a lot of logic questions, so my biggest suggestion would be to make sure that you are ready to think when you go into the interview because they will force you to do so. Also when they ask the questions make sure that you explain what you are thinking because that is what they want to see and hear.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
