I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO) in Nov 2016
Interview
Phone interview was easy with a few technical questions. Second interview was in person at their HQ in Denver, CO. Wonderful and beautiful facility with nice people. First I was shown around the place, then I was placed into a room where I took a mensa-like test with a technical problem at the end. All of the test was timed at 30 minutes I believe. After that the interviewer goes over your coding problem with you and you explain what you did. Also some behavioral questions are ask. Then you do one problem on the whiteboard where you have to figure out the pattern. After that lunch is provided with the other few people who are interviewing as well as some current employees. After all of that, altogether about 3-4 hours. Then you go back to your hotel and go home.
