I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO) in Jan 2011
Interview
I was originally given a phone interview that lasted about an hour and then invited for a follow-up interview in Denver. This involved the standard 30-question logic test that everyone seems to mention followed by a discussion with HR and a couple of the partners (as the company has grown, partners don't usually get involved with the interview process anymore though)

Question 1
There were standard HR-type questions, reviewing my resume and transcript, and a few other standard interview questions.
There were also some logic problems to work through/explain during the interview.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
